WINE ESTATE
• In the Graves appellation of Bordeaux, this estate of 50 acres is composed of old vines between thirty to forty years old. The terroir is definitively one of the best in the Graves area.
• Production: 10,000 cases.
SOIL
• Clay-gravel soils over a limestone bedrock.
GRAPE VARIETY
• Cabernet Sauvignon: 50%.
• Merlot: 50%.
VINIFICATION
• Traditional process used for the red, carried out with computer-controlled temperature vats.
• Maceration: 3 weeks.
• Fermentation: 86°F.
• Daily pumping-over.
• Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. 1/3 new barrels.
