AWARDS
Wine Spectator:
“Clean, with lots of blackberry and currant character. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a fruity finish”
FOOD PAIRING
• Perfect with red meat, duke in sauce, roasted chiken and strong cheeses
TASTING NOTES
• The CHATEAU BIBIAN is a deep, dark red bordering on inky in its opacity. On the nose the depth of its aromas is astounding combining spice and vanilla with ripe dried fruit. A fresh finish however reveals good acidity and heralds a long future for this wine.
