WINE ESTATE
• Antonin Rodet proposes wines for which the authenticity and quality are guaranteed by the passion and know-how of the winegrowers, winemakers and cellar masters who elaborate them.
• Engaged at the source with the winegrowers, chance has thus little place when it comes to selection.
GRAPE VARIETY
• 100% Chardonnay
VINIFICATION
• The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vats (18-19°C). The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is then matured 100% in stainless steel vats, then bottle in Traditional Burgundy bottle.
FOOD PAIRING
• Enjoy ideally at 12-13°C with:
Cold first courses
Fish in sauce, shellfish
Creamed mushrooms, cheese tarts
Goats cheese
TASTING NOTES
• Visual: Shiny pale-gold color with silver-grey tints.
• Nose: Fresh with floral aromas and citrus notes.
• Palate: Fresh, fruity and lively with flavors of dried fruits (hazelnuts) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit).
