WINE ESTATE
• Situated in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, the Estate stretches over 52 hectares. Trellised uniquely in lyre, the Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune wines represent two thirds of the Estate.
GRAPE VARIETY
• 100% Pinot Noir
VINIFICATION
• The grapes are hand harvested and totally destemmed. Vatting lasts 20 days in temperature controlled vats. The cap is punched down twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%.
• The wine is then matured 100% in oak barrels, then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.

• Enjoy ideally at 13-15°C with:
Red meat with red wine sauce
Grilled red meat
Rich cheeses
TASTING NOTES
• Visual: Deep and intense garnet red.
• Nose: Expressive with aromas of red fruits (morello) with notes of grill.
• Palate: Round with flavors of vanilla and licorice. The tannins are ripe and well integrated.
