WINE ESTATE
• Antonin Rodet proposes wines for which the authenticity and quality are guaranteed by the passion and know-how of the winegrowers, winemakers and cellar masters who elaborate them.
• Engaged at the source with the winegrowers, chance has thus little place when it comes to selection.
GRAPE VARIETY
• 100% Pinot Noir
VINIFICATION
• The grapes are hand harvested and totally destemmed. The vatting lasts 20 days in temperature-controlled vats. The cap is punched down twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is then matured for 16 months 100% in oak barrels (30% new oak).
• The wine is then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.

• Visual: Classic ruby red with violet tints.
