WINE ESTATE
• Antonin Rodet proposes wines for which the authenticity and quality are guaranteed by the passion and know-how of the winegrowers, winemakers and cellar masters who elaborate them.
• Engaged at the source with the winegrowers, chance has thus little place when it comes to selection.
GRAPE VARIETY
• 100% Pinot Noir
VINIFICATION
• The grapes are hand harvested then totally destemmed. The must and the grapes are then fermented 18 to 20 days in temperature controlled, open vats. The cap is punched down twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%.
• The wine is then matured 100% in oak barrels (20% new oak) during 18 months then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottle.

• Enjoy ideally at 12-14°C with:
Grilled red meats
Roasted poultry
Fine, dry cheeses
TASTING NOTES
• Nose: Complex with aromas of cherry pit, almond and flowers with notes of toast, spices and hot wood.
• Palate: Serious yet fruity with flavors of spices. The tannins are fine and lively.
