• Antonin Rodet offers wines for which the authenticity and quality are guaranteed by the passion and know-how of the winegrowers, winemakers and cellar masters who elaborate them.
• Involved at the source with the winegrowers, chance has little place when it comes to selection.
GRAPE VARIETY
• Grape Variety : 100% Pinot Noir
VINIFICATION
• The grapes are hand harvested and totally de-stemmed. The vatting lasts 10/12 days in temperature controlled opened tanks. The cap is punched down twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is then matured 100% in stainless steel vats,and then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.

TASTING NOTES
• Visual : Beautiful garnet red with coppery tints.
• Nose : Dominated by aromas of red fruits and sweet spices, evolving to floral notes (violet).
• Palate : Tender and soft with flavours of tobacco, spices and fruits. The tannins are supple and silky-textured.
