WINE ESTATE
• Antonin Rodet proposes wines for which the authenticity and quality are guaranteed by the passion and know-how of the winegrowers, winemakers and cellar masters who elaborate them.
• Engaged at the source with the winegrowers, chance has thus little place when it comes to selection.

SOIL
• 100% Chardonnay

GRAPE VARIETY
• The grapes are hand. After a pneumatic pressing, the alcoholic fermentation and maturation are carried 100% in oak barrels during 14 months. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%.
• The wine is then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles. This wine comes from the appellation Meursault Contrôlée.

TASTING NOTES
Visual: Beautiful dress luminous, limpid and brilliant green gold with silver plated gray reflections.
Nose: Fine and delicate with flavor of toasty and aromas of pear, hazelnut and almond.
Palate: Gorgeous, slightly vanilla and toasty with aromas of white fruits. The final is soft, velvety and warm.
